In this department I was refused to withdraw money from my account. Said that there is no money.

Extremly unpleasant to be in this place....more like a sunday market. Always long que...only one staff on desk who works in the speed of a** broken snail. Cash deposit machines never work. People roam or some sit for hours just to chill, passing by staff see you struggling but never make eye contact forget about offering help. Don't know this place has ever heard/read the term "customer service" Being here can ruin your whole day. Avoid if you can.

Everything is okay only on the site are wrong opening hours on Thursday ... open until 5pm, not until 7 pm
