The staff's are not so helpful.they don't make an effect to help you. not so sufficient at all. Maybe there need to employ much happier staff willing to help you who enthusiasts.it's depressing going in there.

I am in the bank as I write . 3 (2ladies and 1gentleman) employees are standing by the door, I walked just passing by them, they were talking about babies and when I made visual contact with them and smiled they didn't said hi or stopped their conversation at all. I wanted to ask if I could deposit money thought the self service machine but they were totally unapproachable and too busy talking about their life. Not a good service at all! Is this the level of customer service that you provide Barclays? Not impressed.

The busiest most chaotic place yet the employee dont care on giving a good decent service , its like they are being forced to seat behind those desks
