I can only leave positive feedback for this HSBC, unlike other branches.

I decided to open a new business bank account. The whole process was easy and took less time to open than I expected (less than two weeks).

I would definitely recommend using this branch of HSBC.

very good and friendly staff, I had to open a new bank account and other banks were asking for unnecessary documents and couldn't open in other banks even though I tried 2/3 times but in HSBC i got it opened in a day. So happy and thanks to the staff, all were friendly :)

Just moved to London  from India I had nothing to start with all banks were asking for address proof etc etc and rent agreements  aren't accepted in the other banks but this  bank helped me Love the helpful staff here Thank you HSBC bank

Abysmal service with uninformed, poorly trained staff. I will be moving bank in due course as i have had no good customer service from HSBC in 5 years of being a customer
