I went to this bank to sort out a problem and a staff from the bank started to ask me inappropriate question but I was in front of my client and couldn’t say anything about all the things the lady was telling me about how I have to educate my kids. I think she work for the bank and she is not super-nanny. My client noticed what she was doing to me, talking about my kids, my client said; you should be a super nanny; what are you doing behind the computer. I am disable mother and I try my best to be a good mother for my kids.
Worse bank experience ever. No staff at counters to put your cash in. So you are forced to use the machines which are too temperamental and can’t take new notes if they have any crease on them, which then creates a massive queue and then not enough staff to help. Would be better to go back to normal banking with cashiers.
Today I went to the branch because couldn't do it online, they offer me to have a quote on some services and I agree. One of the staff approach to me and ask me some inappropriate questions such as if I am from Goa I am clearly not from Goa or if I speak English... After those, she touched my phone couple of times to "Help me with technical support" and selected couple of options on the app trying to force the sale. She also tried to accept everything and not read anything about the terms, conditions or what are the services for. I was looking for a professional advice, not for someone whom does not care about what I need at all. After saying: "I would like to do it by myself, thank you for your support". She become even more rude with me... I never had a problem before with Natwest but this one went too far. I hope you improve your customer service and train your staff to don't harass your customers.
The worst bank one can deal with. Customer service is zero. Everyone tells you a different story.Managers are too busy to assist.

Had a very poor experience here. I was trying to make a new account as an immigrant. First, a person at the bank gave me wrong information about how to obtain supporting documents found out later that both their suggestions wouldn't work. Then when I obtained other documents and went there to make the account, another employee refused to help me because my passport didn't list a last name. The online customer support was much more friendly and helpful when I wrote about it on Twitter, but this branch put me off the brand.

Everytime I've come it has only one counter open, and more than 10 people waiting in a queue. Shocking service
Had terrible experience, one of the staff who is dealing with the cash is very rude and don't know how to talk to the customers, they have no clue about a customer service or how to solve a simple issue, really disappointed
