Really good bike shop providing great service. They very kindly helped me with partially dismantling my bike to ship overseas. My family also use them regularly and always receive great service :
Rude, unhelpful, I was completely ignored by their cycle mechanic after making contact and i left in the shop unattended until the owner came back in. i left my wheel with them to try and fix it, they called me 10 minutes later and told me to come back and collect it, completely wasted my time. I went to another local bike shop and its now fixed and running true no issues. Zero people skills.
I have been using Ian at bank cycles for the past 10 years.The customer service their is second to none and Ian and his staff go out their way to help you with any problems with your bike.I travel from Bridlington in East Yorkshire to Catterick as I know I will get the service and that personal one to one service.Any negative reviews on this company are obviously competitors trying to mar the good name bank cycles has built up over the years.
