I had a freehub body failure during a ride, and Steve at the shop very kindly fitted a strip down and rebuild in for me at short notice. Brilliant job. Very knowledgeable and everyone at the shop was super friendly. Super job. Thoroughly recommended.

Top bike shop! Recently cycled the MTB C2C route St Bees to Robin Hoods bay and by day 3 we had a couple of 'poorly' bikes (some of those lake district descents were crazy). Luckily we had a lunch stop planned in Richmond and one quick call to Arthur and he organised his superb mechanics for an instant pit-stop - fixing one rear Hope hub and cobbling together a replacement rear mech hanger for a Rose bike (broke the original and spare in the same day!) and new mech. Arthurs helpfulness and team meant we all managed to finish that day together and complete the next day in RHB (although we did break another hanger). AND he made us all a cup of tea - Top Bloke Long live the Independent Bike Shop - wouldn't get this service from CRC or Wiggle. Thanks very much Arthur
