I bought two bikes online from Westbrook a couple of months ago and they were awesome. This applies to both the Bikes and the team at Westbrook. They clearly offered the best price; communication was brilliant, and delivery was quick and well managed. They even included a little bit of extra business at the same time. I can't recommend them enough and will be buying the kids birthday presents from there next year.
5 star service and a well deserved 5 star rating. Competitive prices. Outstanding customer service. Quick to respond to email queries and also provided a courtesy follow up call, to update me on eta of my expected delivery. Excellent bike delivery service by club75 bikes too. Rode 50 miles in each way to visit this amazing Bike Store and its delightful staff! Emailed about required part in the morning. I couldn't find a high-end race bike in my size anywhere nearby, despite weeks of looking. Westbrook cycles had exactly what I was looking for at a really good price. The staff member I spoke to on the phone was incredibly helpful, and they rang me to let me know how my order was progressing which was so kind because of course I wanted to know as much as possible about when it would arrive. The bike came really quickly and the delivery driver was really helpful and freindly. I'm super happy with my new bike and I've already recommended one of my friends get their new bike from here. Excellent service. I was phoned, as soon as the bike became available, to tell me when and how the courier service would deliver. The courier then contacted me on the day of delivery with the delivery time. Bike arrived in perfect condition and I am enjoying riding it. Thanks very much Westbrook
Couldn't get the rear shock I wanted at any of the local bike shops so I Googled a bit and found Westbrook had exactly what I needed at a great price. I didn't realise there was a decent MTB parts supplier just a few miles down the road from me. Couple of days later it arrived, brilliant service.
