I was very impressed by the range of knowledge shown by the staff. Always staff around to ask and the till is always manned. A full range of products normally found in Halfords. Easy parking in the large, free car park and level access throughout.

Just been in to get the centre hub sorted on my rear wheel for my bike as it were loose, it only took a few minutes but I don't have the tools at home to sort it myself. Wen the lass behind the counter had repaired it she handed it back over and came across as quite snotty to me speaking to me like im thick as pigsh#t!!! told me Wat size rachets to use. The lass behind the counter is short with ginger hair and a "I can't be bothered" look on her face. My wife is doing a customer service course maybe halfords should do this for their staff too

Went this morning after a phone call yesterday n was told to take my electric bike in to see of they cud help wth new battery saw a man calld Will who was in polite and couldn't of been less helpful if he tried he didn't even look like he wanted to help would give him ZERO STAR SERVICE & I hope Halford reads this!
