We had a great experience staying here and would absolutely stay again. The location was perfect right opposite the lake, main trail heads, a really good pub and cafe. The wifi was awesome which is the main reason we chose here so my partner could work, so everything else was an unexpected bonus being such a great place and location. The service we received at check in was friendly and so helpful. We were lucky to stay in the Osprey room which had a spa. It was kitted out with everything we needed in the kitchen and had a super comfy huge squishy couch to relax in after hiking and exploring all day.

Loved our room, but family only I would suggest. No noise or music, or hot tub use after 10pm.  Loved the apartment, take your own food and alcohol and expect a very quiet night in front of the TV. Not for couples.

Stayed here for a couple of days after our wedding. This is such a lovely place ! The lodges are fantastic, well equipped, immaculately clean and the staff are incredible. We decided we weren't ready to go home and wanted to extend our stay and they went above and beyond to facilitate this for us. Will definitely be returning.

Stayed 3 times at balmaha lodges since March would highly recommend.  Stayed in the Kestral, Chaffinch Mod Pod and the Golden eagle apartment all with hot tubs.   Beautiful scenery, the lodges are so well kitted out with absolutely everything you could imagine you will need for your stay.   Jason has recently taken over as General manager and couldn't do enough for us on each visit -very much appreciated and very personal touch on meet and greet and helping with any requirements during stay.   All the staff that we have met are all lovely as well and a credit to Jason and team.   Can't wait to come and visit again soon .   You will not be disappointed with any of the lodges the photos don't do justice,   and you will be booking back in again.

Me and my partner stayed for 2 nights and had a wonderful time staying in the kestrel apartment. Great location as we were doing conic hill so was located right at the bottom. Apartment was lovely and clean, hot tub was great and the balcony looking out to the loch as well. Nothing was a bother and Helen was great with us. Couldn’t fault it great location. Looking forward to coming back for our next stay.
