Very much a tale of three acts so it's hard to leave an appropriate rating. Act I, INT. Stratford Store: Fantastic service from Kai! Amiable, professional and couldn't have been more accommodating, especially to the pregnant wife. Act II, DELIVERY: Farcical. I contacted Dwell half an hour before the closing of the delivery window questioning the whereabouts of my goods, to be told there was an issue and the next available delivery date is xx/xx. Very matter of factly and very infuriating after having taken the day off. Turns out someone had cancelled the delivery. Act III, REDEMPTION: After some unacceptable offers for redelivery, credit goes to Gina who managed to enlist two fantastic individuals from the warehouse to load up the van and get our furniture to us that same evening. A wasted day off work but at least we eventually had something to show for it.

Modern design . Excellent customer service. Home delivery . Some items big too expensive for me but very good quality and I love contemporary style.

Wonderful customer service from the entire staff, in particular Ivan. Ivan assisted my partner and I in choosing a range of furniture and provided wonderful suggestions and feedback on which pieces would work best. Really appreciated the insight as well as the time Ivan took to make sure we were happy with everything we purchased. We'll be returning in the future.

This is our favorite dwell branch (and we don't even live in London). They always seem to have a good range of furniture, which makes it much easier to make your mind :) I think we were quite a difficult case (exchanged an item in our existing order, having two dif.orders delivered in one delivery, changed address which would not appear in any database because it's a new build, etc. etc.) but the sales team was very nice and accommodating and dealt with all our issues with a great patience!
