Turned up short notice when a bus didnt turn up, got me to my train in time.

Booked a taxi to the station a day in advance. On the day had to ring twice and taxi was half an hour late, almost missed my train.

I booked the taxi  yesterday for 6:15 am today to train station from home. An order was accepted but he did not show up until 6:23 am. I ranged 4 to 5 times but no answer. Our train departure time was approaching and we stressed out and were worried about missing the train. I called another taxi but was told that the time was too tight to come. Finally we decided to drive our own car and leave it in the Long stay park. We were completely in disaster. This BM taxi is very unreliable, irresponsible and completely ignorant of the sake of the customers. 
I would not recommend BM taxi to use for any travel purpose as it will definitely ruine your life. It is also a  high time for the authorities to take an action for these irresponsible acts.

Failed to turn up this morning.
Spoke to the guy on the phone yesterday: he confirmed it was fine. I then asked about a second booking for next week, and he said I would have to ring later. I confirmed again that it was still fine for the following day, however, and he said yes. Then he didn't turn up. 
Would not recommend.
