Booked my taxi the night before a train journey and asked how much it would be, said they weren't sure but rang me back later with an estimate - good customer service before the journey had even begun. The driver arrived early, safe and smooth journey, would definitely use again.

Amazing service - was running extremely late for train and the lovely lady drove straight over, even had 10 mins to spare by the time I got to the train station. No waiting about, cheaper than an uber and the best customer service ever!

Was quoted £50 return to then be told in taxi as leaving to get dropped off  £60 not acceptable .  I have received an apology from jd taxi and a refund of the amount in question . Thank you
