Well, we as a family came upon Park Taxis in the summer 2017 and have had them ever since! John who had not long been working for them was so friendly my mam has him for every journey she takes. He is the best taxi driver in Durham as far as lm comcerned. He sees my mam , who is a respectful 86 yr old lady, across the road to the taxi , stopping the traffic for her. He comes to her door and carries her bags to the car when picking her up for a job. He has helped sort a taxi for me when he/ Park Taxis couldn't do the job at a certain time. He/ they are the best Taxi company in Durham as far as lm concerned ! Well done to all at Park Taxis and all of their assosiets.

A lovely friendly service with high professionalism at all times. A pleasure to deal with from booking to arrival at chosen destination.

15 mins late, not bothered on the phone at all, didn't seem to know basic directions around Durham and I ended up missing my train. The driver was nice and gave me 15p off my fare though so it was totally worth it
