Sadly there is no option to rate no stars and I have had to rate one star. I suppose the one star can be for the lady I spoke to on the phone who was extremely professional dealing with me a disappointed and up tight customer who was going to miss their train because the taxi did not turn up. I rang at 9am to confirm the taxi would be on time and was informed it was booked and would arrive. I waited 10 minutes after the expected arrival and rang again. After being put through to the Durham office and speaking to a very rude and unhelpful man I was told the taxi had been cancelled at 7.30 that morning. No one informed me even though I spoke to them at 9am and they confirmed it would arrive. A missed train and a disappointed family hoping to celebrate an 80th birthday. Firm totally unreliable. Male staff member at Durham rude and unhelpful. Only plus is as I previously wrote is the lady I spoke to on the main telephone line although still unable to assist with getting me and my family to the station on time. Will never book with this firm again. Totally unreliable and unhelpful.

Absolute incompetence. Booked through the online system and was quoted a price, only to be told by the rude driver on arrival that it was £2 more expensive and the website was wrong. Not much point having a website with a price on it if it means nothing at all. Won't be using this shambles of a service again and I'd recommend anyone else avoids it too.

Looks like there are many customers that have had their cab cancelled without notification, not just my daughter. They made her miss her train home at Christmas resulting in costing us £80.

How one company can destroy my father in laws 80th. Without contacting me they cancelled my taxi meaning we missed the train. They are totally unreliable.
