Booked a taxi online at 12.00 for 12.45... at 12.50 rung to ask if my taxi was on way and they say no next available taxi is at 00.40, the app just automatically books when’s next available but I had no message or text or anything on the app saying this, I expected my taxi to come at 12.45 otherwise I would have rung over taxi places, but had to take 00.40 as everywhere else was already full. Terrible service

Don't deserve one star bookedxa taxi to be quoted £22 from Stanley to Durham driver pulled up and already had £17 on meter drove to Durham to be charged £48.00 rang to complain to be told nothing they can do completely conned us!!
