Have used this company for many years and will continue to do so. We use mainly for Airport runs when going and returning from holiday. A very professional service who are punctual, with friendly drivers and an assortment of vehicles to suit the various needs of the client. I don't think there is another company in the Durham area who can compete with or provide a similar service for the price.Service: Limousines
Always had a fantastic service from Airport Express. They have always been on time and catered with child seats etc for my children. I can’t fault them at all. We will always recommend them and use them for any airport trips. Thanks guys
I used this company last October, early hours flight in from Turkey, my usual taxi company would not take the booking as 'drivers wont take the job incase plane is delayed' ... I found these on a google search and glad I did! Fast response, great price and totally reliable! Highly recommend!
Excellent service Collection from home turned up before due time. One call on leaving airport and taxi was ready as we made our way to where we had been dropped off. Defo recommend these guys Keep up good work
Didn’t want to give a bad review but having been left at the airport for over an hour after booking a trip home in advance, and being unable to contact either the company or drivers previously. I have now also been left without a cab when coming to the airport. Again unable to get an answer on their phone and having no contact details beyond that. The taxi simply didn’t turn up despite emailed confirmation from them.
Booked a taxi transfer from airport to home. Great service & very easy to get picked up with just a short walk from the terminal. Will definitely use this company again BEWARE!!!!!!! I wrote the above review on my past experience with this company, who charged £60 for a trip from airport to home 4 weeks ago, on contacting them this week for the same journey they have quoted £75 !!!!!!!! I know fuel prices are high actually coming down since our last journey. Will NOT use this company again!!! I don’t like being ripped off !!!!!!
First time using this service will definitely use again. Communication regarding booking was quick and precise. Day of pick up the driver was on time ,very polite and helpful. Got us to the airport without any issues. Smooth journey.
The service was on time, the drivers were friendly and polite, the cars were clean, and the price was fair. All emails were promptly answered, as promised. When a cancelled flight forced us to reschedule our return booking, Airport Express readily accommodated the new time.
Very well organised and professional company to book. Pickup and return were both on time with clear instructions on where to go. Drivers, particularly Jimmy, were very pleasant. We will be using again soon.
This company which I have used for the past 10 years or so, has tremendous records of punctuality and comfort. I use it several times a year to transport my wife and I to Newcastle Airport and on occasions Durham /Teeside Airport.
