Just called to book a taxi for late at night from the train station. The driver just said absolutely not and hung up immediately. Very unfriendly.

Appalling service. Was promised a taxi for 6 am as I had a train to catch, and they didn’t show. Any calls were directed straight to voicemail. Thank goodness for Uber. I will never use your service again.

DO NOT USE .. Worst taxi firm , pre booked a taxi to arrive at 10:45 and never showed up , useless people won't even answer the phone straight to voicemail.

I have used this company a handful of times without any issues, the prices are fair and generally the staff are friendly. However, today they really did let me down I ordered a taxi and was told it would be there at 7-7:05, sure enough at 7:05 the taxi arrived - about 30 yards from my house - the driver beeped so I started to walk towards him, he beeped again whilst edging forward and then sped off down the street. (There couldn't have been more than 30 seconds from the first beep to the taxi leaving) I then immediately rang the firm explaining what had happened and was told he would be back in 5. We waited another 15 minutes to no avail so I rang again, explaining again and was told they would ring the drivers mobile and find out where he is, another ten minutes passed and we opted for the bus instead. I rang again to tell them that I would now be getting the bus and that they had 'taken the bicuit' and didn't even get an apology! Needless to say I will not be using this company again and am shocked at their lack of customer service - both from the taxi driver and the phone operator! I hope this helps!

Avoid, avoid, avoid . ZERO STARS. Booked in advance - rang on the day to confirm - still failed to turn up - daughter’s 21st party - ended up driving ourselves -couldn’t even raise them to cancel - how is it that firms like this stay in business? They don’t deserve your business, and apparently they don’t need mine (party of 8 people) - avoid avoid avoid
