The staff were very helpful,informative and friendly. The exhibitions are well laid out . The museum was very clean .There was interactive things for children .

We have arrived here to learn about the story of Rita Cowan who was the wife Masataka Taketsuru, the founder of the Japanese Nikka whiskey distillery. Their story was brought to life in a recent Japanese TV drama series. The exhibition tells their story including a display of Mrs. Taketsuru's kimono. I have also learned a lot about the history of the town in the museum. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.
