Beautiful building, free entry, donation optional. GOMA, for me, can be so hit or miss. This last visit was good. There's currently an exhibition called Domestic Bliss, which I enjoyed. This isn't always the case, but then again, art is subjective, and I can't really complain if I don't enjoy an exhibition, particularly when the entry is free. It's always worth a pop in to see what's being shown and who's being showcased. Have often been pleasantly surprised, with works by well-known artists.
Great modern art gallery in the city centre. A range of exhibits to see and it's easy to navigate around each floor. A nice gift shop area too. Would recommend
Small but engaging modern art gallery in the middle of Glasgow.nnThe gallery is set out on 4 different floors and showcases a range of modern art.nnThe gallery is free to enter.
I love this gallery. It is small and easy to explore in a short time. There are some cool pieces and the architecture of the place amazing so definitely pay it a visit if in Glasgow.
Quite small gallery. Not much to see. The interior would’ve been better looking without the massive banner in the middle. Free to enter. Literally few minutes away from the central station.
