I went to buy baby clothes in the baby event. But noticed the stuff on sale was not of good quality. It looks like they have bobbled on the hangers? They need a better variety of children's wear and improve the quality. The tills upstairs never seem to be open. Very long queues on the ground floor check out.
Useless.. Had over £250 worth of gaming products, waited in queue for 40 mins just to be told they don't have ANY of the items I wanted to buy in stock. Why put cases on the shelf if you don't have stock FFS!
Hello Tasha, The incident was happened on 23 September 2022 between 7 pm to 8pm. It was my first time in ASDA. I downloaded ASDA app from the promo displayed in the store. I grabbed few things and went to TILL,before scanning the products I asked the English or EU lady at till about how to use the app for points, she rudely said to do at end. I thought it's after payment to use the app,after the payment of 26£ I asked about App and points again, she impolitely asked us to move and use next time. I was disappointed with the experience,then I asked a boy at next TILL, about is it possible to return those products and rebill again to scan for points. He said he is ready and started doing but the former lady in next TILL interrupted him and asked him to not do that. Then the duty manager came up on the scene, I told her about the incident,she also said it's not possible. When I asked her if I return all products and buy again what's the issue behind it. Surprisingly the duty manager told us that if I return the products then I won't be able to buy those things for next 24hrs. I knew it was a lie but I felt so offended and left the store & never visited the store again. Thanks
As a visitor to Oxford for a short period, I was kinda upset that my airbnb didn't have adequate basic utensils and that there's no ikea around. Then I suddenly found Asda as I went to the Lidl next to it. I must say, I am super happy that I discovered this store. It has almost everything that is needed for home and at unbeatable prices - kinda like a one-stop solution for all. Also, I appreciate the service personnel there. Overall, very good experience so far.
Only Kitchen Utensils Clothing and Baby products were there ASDA living right what else you expect But you can buy groceries and vegetables fruits ect from nearby ALDI ASDA gives 10% for blue light card NHS that saves a significant amount from your daily needs .
Shout out to Aaron & Kristin for helping me out getting the baby food for my one month old baby. ASDA shop was closed and I arrived at 8.15 pm and requested the manager Aaron that we ran out of baby food and we have nothing for tonight for the baby. It was very kind of them to let me in and buy the baby milk. I really appreciate that. Thanks ASDA from the baby. You won our hearts. Everyone does the business but By these little kind gestures we can make this world a beautiful place to live in.
Great selection of goods, helpful staff and some excellent bargains
Everything available that I needed for a very convenient one stop shopping experience. An organised, clean and tidy environment, served by friendly, helpful and happy staff. Ample parking directly outside the entrance. Well worth a visit for seasonal bargains for the home and garden
I went in to have a look @ 4 Slice Toasters, an excellent selection, & good prices
