Friendly and helpful staff support you to find the best solution to your music production needs, good selection of gear on premises, with way more available to order in on short wait. Plenty of fun gear to try out, lovely instrument room, plenty of space to try stuff out. Nice balance of practical bits and bobs with glorious objects of audio desire. Parking out front.
I took my Acoustic in expecting to just have the strings done, neck adjusted ect. Instead, they totally ree-did the glass finish on my guitar. It's a Martin Shenandoah, and it's about 40 years old, and thy made it look brand new! I was extremely impressed and happy that they did that. But, the downside was that it took 3 weeks to do it. Now, I understand that I took it in a week before Christmas, and that Christmas is a busy time of year.... but 3 weeks seems a lot to me. That is the only reason I'm not giving this a 5 star.
Bought digital piano from here - the team are super knowledgeable and helpful. There was a small issue with the stand so it needed to be replaced - all done without any hassle - just brilliant customer service. Would highly recommend.

Good selection of kit, good staff knowledge of products and very helpful and friendly service. I would consider buying from the Oxford store again!
Recently bought my son a bass guitar starter set here. They didn't have any starter sets in the company so they assembled the relevant parts and delivered to my home. It was unfortunate that their stock system said that a particular guitar was in stock, when in fact it wasn't, but Dan called me to explain the situation, discussing alternatives and matching the price. Excellent customer service.
Staff were great, shop was clean and tidy, had to ask for pricing on things that could have had price tickets out but the member of staff was helpful and polite.
Not the best customer service from Some members of Staff didn't provide much assistance or seem very interested in helping my friend untill a substantial amount of money was exchanged,
Great shop, friendly staff, lots of parking, good selection if a little bit guitar heavy. Speakers, pianos and leads available, small selection of percussion instruments and microphones.
