Love it .staff are so kind they will always give FREE batterys when you buy any electric item if you ask kindly.
Been to town today wasn't too busy in argos but had to wait while to be served as the guy serving was being extra helpful to the old man in a wheelchair, he was really lovely to him and explained his product in detail.. Well done you. Then we were served by a lovely lady who also went out of her way to serve us. Really lovely staff today
Would highly recomend this store i was served by a lovely young man called Jack who i can say was so friendly and helpfull he went above and beyond his duty to help me also an assitant called sadia who was also very helpfull and friendly thank you very much i will definitely come back
Very good massive store, has plenty of stock and it’s easy to get to with the huge car park etc. It’s great to get your orders delivered to if it cannot be delivered to your door.
So, the shop is amazing - we needed an electric kettle for the cheapest price and it was only 10 pounds while other shop sell them for 30-40£; but there is a big disadvantage: the place. The place is trash. I literally saw a man peeing right outside the shop. It is a place for homeless people and it’s surrounded by trash, so be aware
It's like most big Argos,I tend to order online and pay on collection. Good value for money great service
Try phoning them. They simply don't answer. We lost a credit card in the store and tried holding on until the phone cut itself off, three times. No result. Useless.
Very rude lady called Karen. Did not try and help me and insisted my booking was wrong. Another lady came to do it and it was perfectly kind. Bad customer service and no attempts to help me at all. There was also no apology.
If you like catalogue shopping, this is your place
Poor service !! Or should I say lack of service !! No staff to perform the jobs. One girl running the show , fair play she did try her best , but to the stuck up witch on the counter twiddling her thumbs , smile and do what you get paid for . Shocking service to what was a two item reserved online to only receive one at the store . False online information given . Wasted trip to town . Argos in town centre suck , stay away , go to Botley
