Electric aids had repaired my microwave and cooker with very good customer service. However, I have had an issue with my cookers element (which they originally changed for me) I have had to chase them over the last 3 months to try and get it fixed. Their customer service has been appalling, promising that I will get a call back and it never happens. I have now given up and do not want anyone else to go through what I have with this company.

Five years ago I bought a washing machine from Electric Aids and I was very happy with it. Since then I have bought a fridge, a freezer and a cooker, each time the service I got was worse than the previous time, culminating in my cooker which was not what I had requested, and did not arrive when they said it would. The assistant in the shop was courteous but Barry, who fitted the cooker was brusque and off hand, blaming me for the wrong order and refusing to discuss my issues. I wish I had bought from any other supplier and I would not recommend anyone to buy white goods from Electric Aids, their aftersales service is worse than useless and their ability to get an order right questionable.
