A lot of stuff available. There was one short that I really like but it was really expensive. I like how they give the profits from every purchase to help the university’s work in education and research.

Amazing store. A bit pricey but worth it. People who are complaining about the price are not forced to buy it. I really don't understand their frustration. The staff were very kind to me. I was there on the 4th of December around 11 AM. They helped me in every way possible. There was one girl and one man. No complaints here from a real buyer.

The quality and range of products in this store is commendable; however, the horrendous attitude of the salesclerk at the till left much to be desired. His condescending tone made for an unpleasant experience, and I could not leave quickly enough.

Came here for a lapel pin and left happy. It’s a university shop so I don’t know what the other reviews expect. Compared to the other gift shops in town this place is able to keep their class. 5 stars.

Had a voucher that said 20% of in store on all university merchandise. Informed it was only 10% in store and 20% online although this wasn't specified on the voucher. Refused to give is 20% off without good reason. Poor customer service skills.

Low quality for the price. Bought a hoodie for £55 and after the first wash it discoloured and the fabric looks worn out. Went back to the shop but the seller refused to exchange it and implied I washed it incorrectly.

Buyer beware...of nitwit sales clerks who leave hidden security sensors on the mechandise. I bought a beanie as a gift for my son back home in the States and did not notice the security sensor as it it did not set the alarm off when I I left. As I said, it was hidden inside the beanie. I noticed it when I got back to my hotel in London, an hour and a half away. Not to mention that the lady took my money to pay for the mechanise but failed to hand me the bag. I had to ask her to give it to me.

The quality of the products in the shop is 5/5, no doubt in that. However, the customer service and the patience of the staff, not so much 0/5. If not for the quality of their products, I highly doubt I'll be back.

Overpriced items. Very cramped. Hoodie was like GBP 50. And then the guys’ knitted sweater was GBP 75. Go there if you really have lots of money to spare.

A very posh atmosphere, full of student merchandise. Although the back part of the store had great quality items, everything in the front part seemed way too pricey.
