The experience is superb. Almost all groceries can be found here (plus cheaper and budget) and if you are unable to find, the staff around will help you even if they are busy. Convenient and easy paying methods. Opened 24 hours on weekdays and until 10pm on Saturdays, but Sundays closed damn early at 4pm. You can get Asda own-made fast food here and they are awesome. Near to University of Hertfordshire so it makes everything easier for university students.

Completely not understanding customers needs when it comes to the entrance. If you come from the shopping side you have to walk all the way round. They block the lane so you can't cut through. I see a lot of old people struggle. A lot of the shelves are empty .some rude staff but some are very nice and helpful

Just wanted to say a big thank you to the man on the desk at the pharmacy (4/10:17 14:00) struggling to get my prescription and he went above and beyond for me giving me pharmacy numbers and directions. An amazing customer rep for Asda who should be proud to have such a helpful employee!!! I don’t know you’re name but thank you SO much
