I was served a caramel hot chocolate with whip cream and the whip cream was off and that is just disgusting. I even had my friend try it to make sure.

Inside the Galleria, the location is just right.  Seemed a popular store; although inside a shopping centre, outside seating area aswell as in.  A perfect experience.

Visited the store during break only 1 member of staff behind bar who had to bang on the wall to get managers attention. Placed order (2 large lattes) had to ask for it to be remade as was re-heating milk which is a bit no no, was not impressed with the cake display all cakes shoved into 3 cake display slated with bells, let's hope no one has a bit allergy craving a cake as most touching nut cakes eg granola. Don't think I'll be returning as not impressed.
