Unfriendly staff, poor quality food, poor service, dirty tables, massively overpriced. Shame because it could be so much better.

Food was average, but staff was really rude. I felt like I was bothering them even tho all I did was order my food. Also, overpriced food. Will not be coming back!

Rude staff, overpriced food which is terrible. I was charged £1.50 to add a wafer thin slice of cheese in my son's sandwich. I'd suggest eating anywhere else!

We were not impressed with the service. Initially the lady at till didn't want to serve coffee with our snacks even though there was still half an hour before they were closed. The manager then agreed to allow her to serve us coffees. All the hot foods were unavailable, I think maybe they were too keen to shut up before time. After 2 hours of solid shopping with 3 children in tow, i needed some coffee. Could have been a four star if they had kept the full menu on for another 15 minutes.
