Queue is often very long and I have found on one example a member of staff to be very rude to me. Maybe she was just having a bad day but I do not feel that it was appropriate.

Several issues with Halifax in the last 11 months! Went to see Paul the manager in Hatfield Monday was promised a call back that day or Tuesday regarding yet another letter I recd incorrectly! It's now Thursday and I've not had a call back I called the branch at 12 today was told he was on the desk and would call me back! No call back I tried calling several times, no answer! Not happy
