Update 21/07/18 4 star Spoken to one of their staff and he apologised for this incident. I think things are sorted out now. I really appreciate the way they dealt with it. I will update this review in my next visit. -------------------------- Update 15/07/18 1 star Closing 15 mins before the closing time isn't fair! Drove 13 miles just for bubble teabecause I was craving but the staff was shutting the door while seeing us. We even waved our hands but she ignored us and hid herself behind the till. happened on 15th July 2018, Asian lady 20 to 25 years you gonna loose customers if you keep doing this. -------------------------- Initial review 5 star
The best bubble tea . The drinks are well priced and always taste delicious . One complaint though is the graffiti on the walls inside of the shop, most of the comments and drawings are actually offensive, rude, sexual and inappropriate. The walls need a good wipe down and people should be told to keep the comments clean or just write about Mooboo only. Children go into this shop and are subjected to the crudeness on the walls, owners please clean it . TY
Really good bubble tea! Staff are lovely too : I tried tapioca pearls before and wasn't impressed BUT this place converted me big time :D they have a really good selection of flavours and parking in the car park next to the shop is free for the first hour, worth a try!
I have never had bubble tea before but this was life changing it was delicious even my family ordered some and all there other drinks are fantastic so I would say absolutely well done

Before writing this review, I also said something wrong as a customer to the member of staff which I wanna apologise as my anger got to me. First of all members of staff are all nice except for one person as I am a regular. The tall skinny Chinese guy is probably the rudest staff I've encountered.Firstly, I bought hershey drink from the next store and he pointed it out to me that I already have it and i thought why, so my impression in my head was is he calling me fat? Like why does he care? but i let it go. second of all my order was a bubble waffle with bubble tea and an additional bubble tea, he said £11 and it accumulated with a total of £10.97. As I've been a regular, this was not the first time he did it. As a staff you are meant to give the right exact change. In my mind he is probably ripping people off. Thirdly with the ice problem, i told him one tea with ice and one not. He said he didn't hear it but i specifically said one with no ice. But to begin with if you wanna provide a good service, you should be asking the customer if they want ice first. In my experience as a barista, i would ask if a customer would want milk in their coffee or not. Obviously if i pour milk without them asking and they didn't want it then it will cause a problem. This is all basic customer service, not sure if the staff was fully trained. All other staff I have no problem with just the tall skinny chinese guy. He said he will make me one again then said He can't, like I didn't want Ice, it gives me headache. Then I spouted some nonsense and I was wrong with that part and lose my anger. So if you wanna order, order from other staff but not that guy if you don't wanna experience it all
Certainly has a big returning customer base. Place could do with background music.
MooBoo is a hit or miss. Most of the time, they are out of key ingredients. They are typically always understaffed. Some of the employees are good at making drinks, others, not so much.
Love love love it. Only issue is they are always so busy, and not enough working behind the counter. They are all very polite and the service is 5*.
