Having bought parts for our bikes here In the past. I thought I would pop in today about a concern I had with my gears. Quite surprised when he told me my bike was a cheap model so he wouldn't help me. Told me to get a dearer bike. Being a pensioner that's not so easy for me. I then went to Halfords Team Valley, who were only to happy to help, even carried my bike back to the car, and placed it in the boot. Also, told me to call in again, if needed. No cost either.
Got myself a new bike here back in October for £600 and it's worth every penny. The shop owner was a nice bloke who offers free servicing.
Steve is very Professional, helpful and experienced in his field. Prices are reasonable and work carried out too high specification. Would recommend and use again *****
Cracking service. Can not fault any of it. New rear derailleur fitted, new hanger and a full service for a great price. This place is a local gem. Felt good to give custom a great local business. Will use again
Very helpful chap , I thought I knew what I needed but he took the time to tell me about the bikes even tho I couldn't buy one today waiting on him getting stock of the bike I want then will be back to buy !!
Just had a service done on the wife's Pinarello following a tumble; asked for the more expensive silver service but was advised to simply have a cable replacement £2.50 and go for the cheaper £20 service which trued the rear wheel and indexed the gears to perfection. Well done and thanks, an honest shop not hiking up prices for the sake of it.
Excellent very fast no hassle service definitely be using them again much better than Halfords! Exerlent prices too.
Took my bike in for the third time with an on going issue with the gears keep slipping out. I have had the bike for approx 2 years and it’s cabined up during winter months so only really used for a year and was questioned as to why I had put up with this problem for so long and almost accused of being a liar after explaining this is the third time I’ve had it in to be told with a condisending attitude ‘he sets gears up great and this shouldn’t be happening’ well yes it is that’s why I’ve brought it back for the third time with ‘same ongoing issue’.
First time visiting! Efficient, fantastic customer service and fair pricing.
Went on Thursday got a couple of things for my bike. Man & lady we’re really helpful. Be back on Monday as I need new tyres
