Phoned this company as I bought a Bergamont e-bike second hand and the keys provided wouldn’t open the battery, the guy came straight over the next day and picked bike up and did all relevant checks and managed to obtain a key code, he then ordered the keys up and within two days he had my bike delivered telling me he had actually done a battery update online free of charge. All in all the service I received from this company is the type of service I wish I could get from everyone. Excellent  thank you.

Contacted Vince as my son’s e-scooter appeared faulty after an accident. He talked me through mode selection and no repair needed, no time or money wasted. Genuine guy great attitude.

Friendly and polite service. Dropped my scooter off, and within an hour i received a text letting me know it was ready for collection. Scooter returned in perfect condition, would definitely recommend.

Ive got an pure air pro 3, No one would touch the puncture i had. Took it here got it sorted straightaway. They even offered to pick and drop off! Highly recommend!

Friends and I on epic e-cycle circular from Consett via route 7 to Sunderland,  route 1 to South Shields, route 72 and route 14 back to Consett.   The Bike Shed charged our bikes for free whilst we had excellent lunch 5 min walk at River View pub and friend bought padded shorts from Halfords across road. I also got a part on my e-bike replaced following a wise recommendation from Electric Bike Shed. A delight to find such a friendly and helpful business - much appreciated.

What a lovely friendly team who helped me so much by fixing my electric tricycle. Despite hold-ups from the manufacturer on getting the right part, they persevered and kept me informed. Highly recommend them.
