Just had my bike serviced by these guys. 5/5. Feels like a new ride. Showed up today and asked to be squeezed in, bike ready by mid afternoon. Great service and very reasonably priced. Plus excellent customer service. Will be back for next year's service. Highly recommended.

I had a bottom bracket replacement, last year and its still going great after 2000 miles. Going back to whiptail for service and replacement chain, cassette and sprockets. Will recommend!

Exceptional personal service - it doesn't take them long to get to know you and your bike. The amount of times Stu has bailed me out with a quick repair is incredible. All work has been completed punctually, reasonably priced and to a spot on standard. I hate going anywhere else.

Just had my bike fixed today & the staff are very polite & very professional, also very reasonable prices. I'm so happy I'm back on my bike thank you so much, I will be recommending you to other cyclists
