Staff were great but must be under pressure as Halfords don't seem to be able to honour their agreement of a guarantee.  Had a problem with a tom tom I bought but they couldn't sort without verification from tom tom.  Thought the guarantee  was with Halfords.  Sorted because the staff were great.

Popped in tonight to purchase a bike for the missus....but none in stock only the display model.....spoke to a lovely young man who promptly offered me a very nice discount....Excellent service...very friendly....Highly recommended....

SayS staff go the extra mile yes to run away from the fone. Said item would be in shop in 24 hours still waiting 3days later not ansanswer the phone defo not shopping there again as when get a answer thay just fob you off

Can't thank 'Dave' enough for sorting my bike wheel out today. He goes above and beyond to help you out whatever the circumstance. Won't be going anywhere else from now on. Great bunch of friendly helpful staff, keep up the great work Halfords 👍

Pathetic customer service on the bike department. Moody teen with no customer skills. No one answers the phones, called about 12 times throughout the day, didn't get through til about 5.30pm. Pedal is stuck on bike, had in for 6 days now, still haven't looked at it, what the hell possibly takes that long. They were just going to order a new crank and bill me without even informing me first, even though they haven't even looked at it. Def will not be taking it back for the free 6 week health check so it's stuck in for another week. Pathetic. Will be picking my bike up then will never go to that branch again.
