What a hidden gem. Country pub, just been refurbished and under new management, and it is beautiful, with an open fire. Festive menu was great, the food was amazing, we were a family of 6 and we all enjoyed our meals. Service was exceptional, Plenty of options on the drinks menu too and free parking. Felt very welcomed, and all in all was a brilliant night. Definitely be back again.
Great village pub. Good selection of food and bear. Lovely staffFood: 5/5
Lovely little village pub, lovely staff, very friendly, great choice of drinks too however i wouldn't go there for fish & chips again it was just like eating warmed up supermarket frozen food unfortunately.
Had a roast dinner today and it is one of the best roast I have ever tasted. Plenty of meat veg everything and the taste was to die for. I will definitely be back soon xFood: 5/5
Loved this place, popped in without a booking and found a table. Sunday roast was amazing, and great cheerful staff.Food: 5/5
These were the worst pizzas we have ever had. It’s something you would have after a drunken night out maybe. Really bad bases and toppings were awful. No flavour in the tomato sauce.
Cozy place with friendly staff Becky was ace! Food was very tasty and very well presented. Real fire crackling in the background added to the great atmosphere.
Great village pub, with lovely staff who are very welcoming. They do take away menu as well as sit in and our favourite is the made from scratch Pizzas which are amazing. We had a selection for our party and there was not a slice left. Especially good is the beef Madras pizza yum yum. Highly recommended x
A lovely little country pub with a huge heart. Yummy pizza for lunch and a great choice of beers. Thank you Mark and Sam, for the warm welcome. Having read a couple of very mean reviews written earlier this week I wonder if we have some fraudsters visiting the area trying to get free dinners? I just can't recognise their description of a place I've eaten at many times. Beware of these two, other local businesses.
Have been here many times and always had a good meal with great service. Their pizzas are to die for, and roasts are fab, but then I also love their steaks lol This lovely cosy village pub is welcoming and their beer garden is great! Plenty of seating, with gnomes and gonks to keep you company, amidst the local characters. Definitely worth the drive and yes they have a car park.
