Ordered through Deliveroo and took ages. Chips were bone cold and disgusting. Meant to have 2 large gravy's which were missing. No fault of the rider. I expect the staff to check the order before handing it to the rider. My wife called and was basically called a liar by the rude member of staff. Very unimpressed.

What can I say, I only go to KFC and the one at battlefield is shocking. Very rarely clean, 45 minutes to get a simple order and the place was totally disorganised. Shambolic
