Very bad service.. over an hour and a half waiting for delivery. If pizza cold, they don't refund your money... despicable , they said they could make another, but then how long would that take? Save your money guys.

Ordered for a 7.30 delivery, pizzas hadn't arrived by 8.15 so I called the store. Initially they couldn't find my order, then I was passed to another member of staff or repeatedly told me I must have ordered from Battlefield, which I hadn't. Then when they found my order they told me to give it another 20 minutes. When I said I'd ordered for 730 delivery, they told me their delivery time is two hours on a Saturday night and the delivery times on the app have no relevance. When I challenged the two hour delivery time I was repeatedly told I was wrong. Our pizzas arrived a few minutes later, tepid and with mistakes in the order. At no point was any apology offered, instead the staff were surly, unhelpful, repeatedly told me I was wrong and then we got the wrong order. Poor service, poor food and overpriced. Avoid.

I always thought Domino is very strict on their sellers and is therefore a safe place for the buyers. I received a cold pizza instead of the legitimate Pizza box being delivered . I am very upset about this situation and I was advised by Pizza baker to contact trading standards to complain. This is not something I would expect from a Pizza baker
