Dropped by to get advice for leaking windscreen seal. Great advice and service, got me booked in earlier due to cancellation. Windscreen taken out and resealed - looks like a brand new glass. Workmen clearly take pride in their work and gave great after care advice.

Total waste of time. Unhelpful. Operates like some back street concern. Stay well clear and use a proper windscreen company.

I had my windscreen replaced by Auto Windscreens through my insurance company. The windscreen was replaced outside of my house but the fitment wasn't quite right and there was quite a lot of wind noise from the bottom of the screen. I took the car into the service centre where they removed and refitted the whole screen first thing the next day at no extra cost. I could not fault the customer service. The staff at the service centre were great went out of their way to quickly and properly fix the problem no questions asked. I feel very happy with how this was dealt with and wish more companies could be like this when it comes to resolving issues.

They crashed my vehicle while reversing it out of their workshop and are now refusing to fix the damage professionally. All my calls are being declined. Area manager is an absolute amateur.

Adviced by phone that I could arrive early, Technician was waiting, waved me in. 90 minutes job was complete as promised. Even advised where I could get coffee and snack. Technicians friendly and chatty. Cannot fault them, use them again without any hesitation.

Dropped my old Mercedes off with auto windscreens this morning. Doug came out of the workshop with a smile to deal with the hand over. From the moment he opened his mouth I could tell he knew his craft and I was immediately put at ease with his knowledge of the car. Called with an update later as the job progressed. A couple of small issues none of them his fault, old cars! easily resolved over the phone but it was brilliant he called with them as most would have ploughed on. Arrived back to collect a while later and Doug took time to explain what he'd done and how he'd managed to put right some of the issues he had uncovered whilst fitting the screen. Couldn't have been happier with the service and this was an insurance replacement, I've always been dubious about insurers recommendations but Doug was spot on and I'm really happy with the outcome.
