Fantastic service from Conor in arranging my car purchase and part exchange. Conor kept me updated throughout the process and made sure everything went smoothly especially as I couldn't be there in person to deal with it all. I arranged my husband to collect the car and again he said it was a great service. Two days start to finish which is amazing.
The best people to buy a car from! I’m not very good at knowing all the ins and outs when it comes to buying a car aswell as living a fair distance away, but Paul smith and the lads who done the videos were so helpful they answered every question and concern I had and made buying a car so relaxed and very pleasant! My husband bought a Ford Fiesta from this branch. From start to finish, we couldn’t have asked for a better service. Chloe and Connor were the two that dealt with us the most and they were both fantastic! Will definitely be returning customers in the future when a new car is needed.
This is the first time that I had bought a car remotely and it was easy from start to finish. I first contacted Russel to enquire about the car and he gave me plenty of information. I asked a further mechanical question and very shortly after he called me back with a comprehensive answer. Within an hour of my initial query, Chloe had put together a personalised video which was really detailed and comprehensive and a nice touch which persauded me to buy the car. I travelled 150 miles to collect the car and it had been finished to a high standard and some additional work, which I had not asked for had also been carried out and the car was in an excellent condition. Both Russel who I initially dealt with and Chloe who carried out the vehicle handover were really welcoming, polite and professional and I am really grateful for the excellent customer service which I received.

Mathew has great knowledge of Volvo cars and the safety features fitted. Explained all the finance options available and went through each to make sure the best option for us. All the staff make it welcoming and relaxing changing car. If looking for a Volvo I would use Volvo Inverness again.
I can not recommend Volvo enough for all their help they have given me when it comes to picking a suitable car! Paul was absolutely incredible to deal with, I started speaking with Chloe to start with and her product knowledge was phenomenal.
From start to finish the Sales team were most helpful in dealing with my sometimes silly questions to providing guidance with more trick ones. In particular Paul Smith, provided much needed help, assurance and support in providing me welcome financial guidance on the various options. Dealing with DVLA and ensuring the car was presented on immaculate condition. Graeme Dougall and Clary were must helpful delivering a number of items I had left in my old car. Much appreciated. Also Russell, Cloe and Callum for their support during the test drive Sunday. What most impressed me was the complete lack of a "Hard Sell" attitude and the overwhelming willingness to simply be kind and very very helpful.
An excellent experience from walking into the showroom and meeting Chloe, to dealing with Matthew for our new car purchase and collecting a beautifully presented vehicle thanks to Peter and Hubert. A perfect purchase made all the more enjoyable being able to deal with such lovely people.
