I booked my car in a month in advance for the airbag recall, dropped the car of at 9:30, I had to call them at 4:30 to be told they didn’t have the part, some excuse about a second hand part being in the new part box!
If it wasn’t for the fact it was a recall I wouldn’t be going back. It’s supposed to be an hour and a half job took all day and I still had to call them. Obviously they have never heard of customer service.

Shame you can't do negative stars -worst car buying experience of my life even outstripped the man of yellow window sticker fame. Eventually rejected car went elsewhere and been happy ever since without issues. Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere and save some pain.

Was dealt with courtesy and was kept up to date what was happening.good customer relations.washed my car even though there was a blizzard outside.very impressed.thank you.
