Since the company has changed their name from "Direct Cars" I'll add a new review.  Having dealt with them over 4 years ago the car I purchased on finance was in no shape fit for sale let alone the MOT it had. Once things were brought to light with assistance from the finance company, estimated repairs were over £800. Mr Singh informed me that they weren't paying for the repairs I had the car for all of 2 months by then.  When the finance company told him to fix it, Mandi said that they were using *insert garage name* won't name garage as its not their fault Mandi asked them to clock cars and they refused. To my surprise. My car wasn't at that garage and Mandi and Co-workers / family wouldn't respond to my calls but would answer when number was withdrawn. Car was shadily 'Repaired' with still many issues unresolved.  I posted a review for their old company name. Within the hour I had Mandi and 'Family' phoning me saying they were on my house to "beat me and my wife up" and to Break my car. Safe to say police were called and a report went in.  For god sakes, do not use this 'company'. Go to a proper dealership! I binned that car off to the scrappy as soon as my finance was up.

Had to phone a few times to arrange a viewing of a van.  Post sales not great, have some issues that need sorted and have not heard back. Typical car sales experience, quick to take your money but ignore you once youve driven away.  Update - Engine management light has came on the dash. Phoned the warranty company to query how to claim they don't have any record of the warranty. Still waiting a reply from him for almost a month. If you buy make sure he has sorted all the paperwork or go somewhere else

Recently purchased 2014 Seat Leon below which was delivered to my home address. Went through holding deposit, test drive etc and transaction was smooth. Mandi was friendly, and I like the family run aspect of the business. I would recommend Haven Cars to a friend.

I found a car, on-line and arrived at one of the three premises this company has, only to find it sold. But, after a small chat with the company owner, and a small walk to another one of their premises, I found another car for sale, that got my attention, and within a couple of days, became the proud owner ! Thanks to Mandi, and his family for a great service and a perfect transaction. I would recommend this company, because, even when they are busy with personal issues, they take the time to assist you, in all aspects of your purchase? A+ A Great Family Run Business!!

Overall very happy with the service given from haven cars. Great customer service and nothing they wouldn’t do unlike other car dealers. Would highly recommend and would certainly buy another car from them.

The most friendly car dealer, a pleasure to speak with. Very quick transaction too! I drove off with my "new" car 3 days after I've seen it for the first time!  I will recommend them to all my friends.

Just bought an A3 s-line from Mandi... cars immaculate inside and out especially for having done 92000 miles. Was very helpful in getting the process through.  I would likely go back when done with this one and looking for next car.

I have purchased a VOLKSWAGEN PASSAT H-LINE  +TDI BMT 2.0 lt. yr-2010 one owner from new with full service history from Direct Cars. I was very impressed with the service, as I was greeted at the train station by the owner himself and given a test drive in the car which was of showroom condition......truly immaculate!! The car drives like new, looks new...... and even smells new ! I highly recomend this dealership if you are looking for top quality, great sevice and sound reliability.

Car advertised as Imaculate-when we arrived after 2and a half hours driving, the "main man" we spoke to sent out someone else 40mins late. I had to put the car through the car wash as it was dirty. Brakes was rusty and in bad condition, paint work marked, plastics inside back doors falling off, bumper hanging,smashed back light AND when I went to drive it the engine management light came on! Typical conmen-out of pocket for insurance and petrol 2and a half hours worth!!! Shocking service!!!!!

Very pleased, the guy was very friendly and patient. I would totally recommend them. The car is running perfect so I posted this review a month after the purchase.
