just like to say a huge thank you to Jay at edinburgh motors the owner he was ver helpful and kept his word on everything we asked for including having the car serviced and fully valeted for the collection day, deal went ever so smooth. my daughter is so pleased with the car after looking at many car garages jays choice of cars were far superior... we have waited 2 full months to write this review, so we definitely made the right choice. car is driving like a dream and is in better than excellent condition as it was described.

When I bought my car from here he said it came with a 3 month warranty. 
I asked for the warranty paperwork and he said he didn’t have any yet as he buys the warranty after you leave with the car, just to call if any issues and he would post something out. Several weeks after buying the car it needs a £100 repair. He says it is not covered by the warranty. I have asked in writing for the warranty paperwork. He has ignored this and now not answering the phone to me.Have since discovered no warranty exists.

I found the while experience faultless. I called Jay we spoke about the car I was interested in, I found him to be straight and polite. As I would have to travel 200 miles on public transport I asked as many questions before I left, he answered them all. When I arrived the car was ready for me to test. Jay was well informed on the cars details and pointed them all out. I then drove the car back, a very demanding road I might add and had no problems. I would happily buy another car from Edinburgh Motors.

Absolutely no customer service, after 6 phone calls still no receipt. The car had problems right from the start. NO interest in making good.  Wrong spare key was supplied with the car. So far cost me two wisbones, anti roll links, a new clutch  and now after all this time get to the bottom of the vibration...... two duff fuel injectors. Which if I was allowed to take the car on a longer test drive instead of round the block , I would never of bought the curse of a thing... cost me over £3000 to sort. Really hacked off with this  individual. Seriously trying NOT to swear. It's just unfortunate I have to give him 1 star but google doesn't do ZERO star rating.  Yes , I won't be rushing back .........
