Reviews

Excellent service as always. It's also great to be able to have a yap with the person your dealing with instead of just the mundane basic details about the hire & it makes you feel like a valued customer. Helen was my advisor when hiring this time I think I've dealt with her a couple of times now & she was great as always & even after the 7 days hire I had she remembered where I had told her where I was going & asked me about my trip.

I hired a small van to assist with moving items to storage. Helen and Mirren provided exceptional service from the outset. I received a warm welcome, and the process was managed efficiently. Helen ensured I understood how to use the controls before I left the forecourt and she signposted the breakdown contact. On my return with the van, Mirren immediately checked the van back in and ensured I wasn’t kept waiting. I intimated my intention to hire again and Mirren was very helpful with recommending when I should do this to ensure a competitive cost. I am grateful to both Helen and Mirren for providing a smooth and hassle free service.

I highly recommend Kilmarnock Van Hire, For there exceptional staff Helen, Mirren & Kimberley they go above and beyond in helping in any way they can. Booking a van is never any hassle even if it’s short notice.nnI was out in the hire vehicle from the branch when I received a call from Mirren to advise my personal car had a flat tyre but not to worry as they would blow this up to get me home. When returning the hire vehicle Kimberley and Helen were so helpful in getting the tyre blown up to see me home safe.nnSo grateful for all there help. Thanks very much.

I found the process of hiring my van to picking it up, then returning it flawless. Great customer service at really affordable prices compared to other companies. The staff always greet you with a friendly smile. The girls are polite and courteous.nHigh Quality ServicenI would highly recommend Arnold Clark for hiring any van or car.

If I could I would give this branch 10 stars. Hired from them on and off for years from van's to dual control cars and not once have I had any issues. The staff are always really nice and helpful plus the deal on the dual control cars for young scot card holders is just brilliant. I had my youngest son out driving during the week in one of the cars and they are great. My son loved it and said the staff made it all so easy and they are really nice.nnHat's off to the manager or whoever keeps that staff morale and attitude up.
