Have been looking for a Porsche Boxster 986 for several months . I have viewed and driven many over so I knew what I was looking for . Saw this car at Wrights and met Gary - very accommodating - gave me the keys and the thick service history file - leaving me to inspect the car my satisfaction. The car was inside so I could inspect thoroughly - he let me test drive alone advising on the route as I did not know the area. I bought the car there and then - best example that I had seen and at a very competitive price. Great no pressure buying experience and good quality vehicle - well worth the trip !
We found this place through Autotrader as we were looking for a used Mitsubishi Outlander. Called them on a Monday and arranged for the car to be delivered Friday the same week. The whole process was seamless and Gary and his team very helpful. They even renewed the MOT so I now don't have to worry about it for another year.
We have recently bought a car from Wright Vehicle Solutions. Gary helped us through the entire experience which was an absolutely breeze from start to finish. We got enough time to view and test drive the car we were interested in, never felt pushed and all our questions were answered patiently and with a smile. And we were given a good part-exchange price on our previous car. Gary is very knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to help. Thanks for a great service.
I had a really great experience with Wight Vehicle Solutions. They were very professional and extremely helpful with any questions I had. They were very accommodating when organising the test drive and they provided a full service, MOT and valeted the car. Gary was especially helpful throughout the process and I would definitely recommend. Car arrived smelling slightly of cigarette smoke, which wasn't there when I test drove the car 3 days prior. I would have preferred it without the smell but leaving the windows open for a day has sorted it.
I had to change my car unexpectedly and wasn't looking forward to the prospect of over bearing or pushy salesmen but I needn't of worried I found we could look around in peace checking out any of the cars we liked but also Gary was there if we needed to ask any questions which we did a lot, he was friendly and informative but also gave us space to look and talk. Once I had chosen a car the process of buying it was quick and easy, the other staff members I meet were also friendly, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car and wouldn't hesitate to buy a car from them again.
I have been dealing with these guys for over the last 10 years and have had over 10 vehicle from them, they are pleasant to deal with, straight to the point and always offer a reasonable deal. Purchased my Astra GTC from them this week, the A/C wasn’t very cold but there mechanic had it straight into the work shop, re-gased and rectified within the hour.
I was looking for a hybrid and WVS had a Toyota Auris for sale. They booked me in for a test drive and gave me enough space to make my own decision without pushing too hard to sell the car. I really appreciated that considering my experience with past dealers breathing down on my neck. The car had some minor problems but I decided to go ahead anyway feeling confident that those problems would be fixed. I'm glad I made that decision because the guys were great. They fixed everything, offered free servicing and MOT and as a gesture of goodwill they offered me the home delivery service. This has been the best experience with a car dealer so far. I feel I got good value for my money. Worth every penny. Keep up the good work guys!
STILL AWAITING MY REFUND... I posted a review 2 weeks ago mentioning about the refund of £500 I should get. John Parker The Owner replied saying I had seen the yellow car on the website with 20+ photos and the vehicle was sold to some one else now. He does not keep the deposit in these circumstances and it will be refunded. I did see the car photos on website and I had the right to change my mind, so cancelled the purchase the very next working day after paying £500. I still have not received my refund, it has been over a month now, despite that vehicle has been sold.
AVOID.... AVOID.... AVOID.... I saw a car yellow colour in the website 2 weeks ago and telephoned the dealer and spoke to Gary. He said he needed a deposit of £500 to reserve the car which I paid over the phone on Saturday, 19/03/22 and yet to discuss the collection/delivery. I changed my mind and did not want to go ahead with the purchase and called them on following Monday, 21/03/22 and spoke to Gary again and cancelled the purchase. I was given the business owner's email address asking me to send an email for a refund. I emailed John Parker about cancellation and he replied to me saying he did not understand why I had cancelled so explained the reason again but no reply to me. I chased him with few emails over the last 2 weeks which are ignored. I also made phone calls but every time I rang, Peter answered and said that John was busy with online auctions and took my message saying he would get John ring me back which never happened. I am eligible for a full refund based on Distance Seling regulations and I did not sign any contract or paperwork if John is thinking to keep my money. Absolutely disgusting... Waste of time and energy... I am going to claim through County Court and make a complaint to The Motor Ombudsman if I don't get my money back in the next 2 weeks.
Liars with a bad attitude. I turned up and both guys were in the office on the phones, everyone is busy which I get but then I knocked on the window and mouthed ‘can I come in?’ The owner lifted his eyebrows and sighed. Onto the car. I wanted to buy the car from these guys and I turned up a second time to see the car. I was told the car was sold and a guy put a deposit on it the day before. A total lie, it’s still on autotrader and my friend called up the next day, and a week later to check if it was still for sale and guess what, it was. Liars, liars, liars. Go else where. Before they write that autotrader doesn’t update in real time, we left it 24 hours to call Wright Vehicle Solutions back to check and it was still for sale and it was. We then tried a week later and same result. Obnoxious, rude and dishonest. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! IN RESPONSE TO YOUR COMMENT Please see the attached. It shows due to GPS that images were taken at your showroom. I dealt with Richard and he clearly remembered me upon my second visit. I have phone records which I can upload as proof. Poor excuse, please get back to me with a better excuse. Attached pictures prove it. In Response to Comment 2 I was told the car was sold and I would have bought it cash outwright if it was for sale. never mind, your loss. And that doesnt change the fact that I was lied to by one of your representatives.
