Such a lovely place to visit and relax! Great for couples or groups to visit for a day, or as part of your CenterParcs holiday. We visited as a day trip, and were greeted by the friendly staff at the reception. All robes and towels are given to you, which you can continuously change during the day should they become wet. Breakfast was offered as part of our package, and despite not having my first or second choice, what they did have was delicious. The selection of different spas is great, with wet or dry rooms offering different scents and smells. We had a full body massage too which was amazing, and I would definitely suggest it! Lunch was served in the same restaurant as breakfast, and again was good quality and well priced. Aqua Sana is not cheap, but you do get a decent amount for your money. It sets a high bar for other spas...
Recently visited for my 20th wedding anniversary mid week. It was a lovely day with all amenities functioning. The staff were so helpful. Included meals and beverages were nice as well. The spa treatment that my wife treated me to be it a tad pricey to me was amazing. Never felt so relaxed in such a long time. Thank you all for such a relaxing anniversary visit.
Went here for a luxury spa break and it did not disappoint! From the second my husband and I arrived, we were treated with the greatest care and consideration. Sara sorted everything for us and made sure we were settled. Both of the lovely treatment specialists were brilliant. Hannah worked so hard to release the tension in my back and Nic gave me a wonderful facial. The sleep session we went to was led by Toni who was both knowledgeable and very approachable. We had a wonderful time and are looking forward to going back.
Outstanding, beautiful spa, lovely outside pool, staff friendly and professional, could not fault my visit there at all, food was amazing as were the hot beverages. I had a 2hour voya treatment and Gracie was professional and very informative of the treatment I would receive. Would definitely visit again. A++++
As a returning customer I've always enjoyed the Spa Experience. A recent visit was quite stressful and a bit unpleasant. The blunders with mixed up treatments and the outdoor pool being closed for few hours was quite an inconvenience. However, the Vitale cafe staff brightened up the mood with their exceptional service and positive attitude. We've enjoyed the most delicious cocktails passionfruit martini is a must! and snacks there. If not for the Vitale staff I probably would've rated this Experience 2*.
It's been a while since we last visited for a spa day. As usual the quality of the service was exemplary, steam rooms and other features are kept to a high standard of cleanliness and function well. All staff are good at what they do. As we went for a 'mediterranean' package including a lunch platter / drinks for two, we felt it was slightly slim but tasty - you wouldn't want a full stomach going into steam rooms anyway. But the service at the café was, strangely, rather slow given that we had ordered something involving no cookery. Perhaps a bit more organisation in the kitchen, like better responsiveness / communication between orders and execution would certainly help. Just a thought.
This is my second time in this Spa venue, last time I was visiting in February 2022. I took my 2 girlfriends for a twilight package. The experience was great and relaxing but was spoiled by the fact that we relied on taxi service this time on our way back. We preordered the taxi but decided to stay longer. Our taxi driver was not able to pick up us at a later time slot. The rec at Spa suggest any taxi service that works nearby and couldn’t even Google it for me. They simply replied that no one use taxi in their Spa. It felt awkward and quite discriminatory one of us was pregnant. I managed to find a taxi myself but it took 20 min of my Spa time that I could spend relaxing instead. Also during this visit I found that shower cabins were not regularly cleaned with lots of hair hanging on the walls. There were no shelves in shower cabins where I could put my own toiletries I had to put it on the floor in the bath shower. Hope these issues are easy to fix.
The most creative, vast, relaxing, and beautiful spa I’ve ever visited. Aqua Sana can boast a range of themed temperate rooms such as the Balinese or Japanese steam rooms, as well as rainstorm showers, waterbeds, a heated jacuzzi pool, an ice fountain, and outdoor zen areas. If you don’t visit the center parcs resort, I’d at least recommend a weekend visit to Aqua Sana and a stay nearby at a Thetford B&B. This place is heaven.
Wonderful Evening Spa experience. Very clean, lots of space even on a busy night. You can buy slippers at the desk if you have forgotten some.
The actual spa experiences were great! But for our "discovery skincare session" of 10ish people, everyone was told a different time. We were told 3pm, one couple 3:15, one couple 3:30, one 3:45 and one 4pm. The couple that came at 4pm missed the session because the actual time of it was 3:45, while we waited for 45 minutes. The organisation of the sessions wasn't great but as I said, the actual spa experiences were great, there is a big variety of things to do.
