Spent 3 days here. Last night tonight and really cannot fault anything.  Had a junior suite with the biggest most comfortable bed ever! Pool is lovely..just the right temperature. Eaten in the Sports Bar every night and had few drinks here...again perfect. Would recommend to anyone! Staff are lovely too!

After a late cancelled flight we arrived in the dark - and left the following morning in the dark - but from what we saw, looked quite pretty. Excellent reception team were on hand to greet us. The rooms very spacious and seemed more like a premier type room than a standard (I don't know what the room type booked was as this was done by the airport). Although the bathroom is a good size, the toilet was squashed right into a corner up against the hot towel radiator which seemed strange layout. The restaurant food was excellent - although a bit pricey although we checked out at 5am so no chance to sample the breakfast. It's about 40min in a taxi to Norwich airport.

Location 5 star. Bar 5 star. Room 1 star. Room had a very small bathroom. The king size bed was made up of two beds joint together, hence two mattresses and a joint in the middle. TV was not in front of the bed but was installed in a corner. Small window in the room. All this was good for £50 a night. However, we were charged £120 which is bad value for money.

Extensive country club with golf, squash, pool and gym. Modern, well maintained and clean. Multiple bars, restaurants and rooms suitable for private functions. Great food. Slightly confusing layout is only down side.

I was very disappointed with the quality of the food served however, the young staff were attentive and polite.

Having booked the required 24 hours in advance for afternoon tea I was surprised that the sandwiches were defrosted (except the pickle in the cheese and pickle which was still frozen) and not freshly made. The tuna sandwich was soggy and the watercress garnish yellow and limp. The scones were stale and like bullets and the cakes provided were not as per the advertised selection. 

Very disappointed and would not recommend.

I did not complain as it was a Mothers day gift and I didn't want to offend my daughters so I just won't be going there again!
