The Self Centre is a place to relax and simply be yourself. We offer Classes in Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation, as well as complimentary therapies.
As well as running over 30 classes a week in Yoga, Pilates, Tai Chi and Meditation, we also have a wonderful team of Complimentary Therapists and Counsellors based in the centre. Their treatments range from Aromatherapy and Sports Massage to Homeopathy, Reflexology, Reiki, Physiotherapy, Psychotherapy, Hypnotherapy, Nutrition Specialists, Osteopathy, and Acupuncture. During the school year we have several mother and toddler classes including Jo Jingles singing, Bebe Ballet, Tiddleywinks Yoga and Tiddlers Baby massage. Our cafe provides hot and cold drinks, smoothies, snacks, rolls, wraps, salads and soup, all made fresh to your order. We also sell homemade cakes, brownies and flapjacks. All day take away service. Lastly, our therapy rooms are available to hire for courses, small meetings or training days.
