Came today for a full body scrub and neck back and shoulder massage. The treatment was great! We also had afternoon tea which was tasty. Facilities were very clean and all staff were friendly and welcoming. Spa itself was lovely, really quiet with plenty of seating areas. The mosaic beds room is separate from the rest of the spa being upstairs by the treatment rooms but that meant I had a whole hour in there alone. Absolute bliss! A very enjoyable spa day! Can't wait to come back!

A lovely day roaming around the spa hotel at our leisure, a few different relaxation rooms to relax in while waiting for treatments, including hot stone beds to use as much as you like. Very friendly and helpful staff from start to end. Enjoyed our lunch with great menu options. Went with a friend for the day, would of preferred to have our treatments in the same room together, maybe that's an option I'll request for next time, would be beneficial to be offered a preference option for this when booking. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna area was lovely and relaxing with low lighting, and with the best changing room area, complete with dressing tables and hair dryers and plenty of privacy

Really nice stuff, very welcoming! Everything looks just the same as in the pictures, gym and pool was very clean and the pool area is so nicely done... Loads of chairs and the lighting is really comforting and peaceful... So beautiful. Really worth the price! The area itself is surrounded by the trees and you can't even tell that it's a leisure centre from outside! Definitely coming back soon!

Very nice grounds and building, lovely staff and the lunch was to die for I had smoked chicken sweet chilli sandwich, with brilliant service. Felt very relaxed both in and after the spa. Only 4 star due to the spa facilities being a bit retro 1990’s pool/hot tub/showers etc, and the resturant being vegan apart from a chicken and blt sandwich, why not have choices for meat lovers also?!

Had a lovely relaxing spa day. Pool slightly colder than I would like. Clean and helpful staff. Had one of the best massages I've ever had by Rachel.  Lunch in restaurant was delicious.  Overall a great day. The only issue we had was contacting the spa before our trip. We had been trying for 3 weeks with no luck. The number on the confirmation emails and website is unmanned and cuts you off after a set time. This happens with all 3 options.

Went for a spa day which was very relaxing. The welcome could be improved as it is nice to be made to feel special on these days and was disappointed to have to pay for a robe! However, the lunch was an absolute surprise being all plant based and was the most delicious, well presented meal I have had in a long time so for this reason I am giving 5 . Well done to the chef!!!

Great day out. Amazing facilities not too busy. Helpful and friendly staff. Full access to pool gym and health site. As well as having lovely treatment done. Lots of options for lunch which were tasty too. Overall a fab day out. We booked again before we even left.

A lovely relaxing spa day, spent some time in the gym as well small but good for what it has got. I had a scrub it was amazing  the masseuse I had she was really friendly amazing service unfortunately I cannot remember her name but I remember she had short red hair. If you have her you will be in fanastic hands. I had a BLT sandwich with chips the sandwich was much bigger than I expected not complaining but was really tasty I also had a nice none alcoholic cooler which was fantastic.  Staff were all really friendly, caring and happy to help

We spent a day here my partner was very happy with her facial treatment, unfortunately I was not. I opted for the deep tissue massage which i did not get. It was a nice massage but it was not deep tissue I came away from the Bannatyne club with just as many knots as I arrived with. The afternoon tea was tasty. The gym pool and steam rooms were adequate but the treatment let the whole day down.

I had a very pleasant spa day. It was just what I needed. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is because it was very busy/ over subscribed I would say, in the morning particularly. I got the last bed by the pool so there were a few disgruntled guests after me. Also the floors in the pool area and changing rooms/shower atea were quite grubby. I don't know why because outdoor shoes aren't permitted by the pool. And there was no loo roll in the toilet at one point. However I was well looked after in the restaurant and bar even though they were very busy and the spa treatment staff were very good and friendly.
