Good service and helpful. I just can't give more than 3 stars because of the daylight robbery prices. That's not the fault of the people who work here though who do an excellent job

Just popped in to kill some time whilst the my other half was in the next shop. Wow! Very friendly and helpful staff I saw. I'm sure it'd be a been a better experience had I actually bought something.

Can't fault it. Fixed my MacBook Pro and great service. Don't just turn up...you must book a Genius bar appointment online for any repairs

I bought an iPhone 7 eight months ago and suddenly the home button stopped working. I got a very quick appointment and upon arrival instead of just repairing the phone (which I thought that's what they were only going to do) they replaced the phone completley free of charge. The employees showed great customer service and overall I had a good experience.

Walked straight in and spoke to an advisor about the Watch, he didn’t tell me anything I hadn’t already learned from the net but was polite and enthusiastic so I listened.  I thanked him for his time and wandered off to think about it.

I went back about two hours later to buy, no one available and after about ten minutes , when someone was, I was told to report to the guy at the door!!  Somewhat miffed at that I went up to the guy who spent a full minute ignoring me before just asking for my name.  This is the point where I got really hacked off, I see no reason to tell anyone who I am in order to buy anything so insignificant, a car, house, or a flight yes, a watch, no, I know why he wanted it but by that point I wasn’t in the mood.  I also had no intention of waiting for a indeterminate period to be seen by someone I had already spoken to.

I informed him as much, which seemed to surprise him, turned around walked to John Lewis, five minutes later I had the same product in my hand for the same price and with the JL 2yr guarantee in my pocket.

Do yourself a favour, do your research, read the reviews, watch the videos on YouTube and then buy somewhere else other than the Apple store.
