Well set out can find the books you need very easily. There were chairs to sit and wait while my granddaughter to her time to choose what she wanted. The shop was quite busy but was served quite quickly and with a smile. Will definitely visit again

Waterstones = Bookutopia.... Fantastic selection of new releases and old classics...

Staff are always happy to help no matter how trivial the request..

Still love these book stores.  Very modern and upto date without losing any of the experience and feeling you expect in a book shop!  Plus they sell a wide selection of modern stationary and games.

I always love Waterstones because there's so much choice. This store is clean, tidy and we'll laid out and the staff I spoke to were friendly

Really love this shop,  it's extremely well stocked and there are lots of things to buy not just books,  some of them quite quirky 
The staff are really helpful and very knowledgeable.  Would highly recommend
