The store is big and beautiful. Everything is very organized. Prices are what you can imagine from Adidas: expensive. The general t-shirts are not bad in price at all from £22-£28. Magnets are £4 as well as keyrings. Very nice quality stuff tbh. Loved it.
Does exactly as it's name suggests. Manchester United Football Club merchandise by the bucket loads. Better than shopping online as you can see everything properly before buying. Maybe a little expensive, but Adidas is that kind of brand, and this is one of the biggest football clubs in the world, so it is to be expected. Security checks are performed upon entry, but nothing that takes too long.

Was expecting more of a variety of stock. Did get some really nice items of clothing though. Went on a non match day and was still quite busy but the queue to pay moved quite quickly.
Ordered a casemiro shirt for my son 18 days ago. They said it’s on its way but parcel information says it’s only received data but not yet items. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift but now it’ll be too late.
Impressive store, everything you need for yourself and the kids if you support Manchester United. Security is tight and you need to pass through a metal detection system, very much like at the airport. It's quick and easy though.
Very annoying that you can't pay in cash as obviously the clothes are quite expensive and we had a few bits we wanted to buy but couldn't as we only had cash on us and my card had reached its limit for the day. So we weren't able to buy the things we wanted which was disappointing. We enjoyed the tour though
Amazing store and staff that always helps and recommends based on your needs. Football shirts all available with name printing while you wait. Other selection of clothing like tracksuits and hoodies along with merchandise available.
Absolute shambles of a store. After supporting united all life I can honestly say today you have truly let me down. Your customer support is rubbish. Sports direct are more helpful
